Discrimination: Weight-Related Prejudice Struggle

Discrimination based on looks may have disastrous psychological consequences. The emotional roller coaster I experienced will be with me forever. I was filled with hatred for the civilization that had reduced me to a number on a scale. I was overcome with despair when I realized I wasn't appreciated for who I was. Due to being continuously inspected and rejected, my confidence progressively deteriorated. These negative sentiments permeated my whole life, making meaningful interactions with people difficult and stopping me from genuinely accepting and loving myself.
