Strategic human resource requires thinking ahead as well as planning for a company to meet employees’ needs together with the needs of the company. If well implemented, things can take a positive turn for Infosys. For example, the company can decide to improve its hiring practices, employee training, as well as employee discipline. Companies that meet the needs of their workers can achieve better productivity. Infosys should be able to plan ahead the needs of its employees so as to improve the rate of skilled employees who may decide to work for the company. Infosys should focus on some of these strategies in order to maintain its employees. Retaining employees has the advantage of preventing companies from spending too much towards training new employees. However, there are a number of challenges that cannot be seen as they first appear, though they can be dealt with as time goes by.
