This report examines the corporate governance of Smith & Nephew plc, a UK-based multinational corporation that is ranked as one of the top performing companies in the world. The report further analyzes whether Smith & Nephew complies with the UK Corporate Governance Code and highlights the areas where it has failed to comply with the code.
