THE STATE OF DEMOCRACY IN THE STATE OF MONTANA

Montana is a two-party system by its Ranney Index score. The diagnosis of Montana’s democratic institutions is addressed and whether the electoral institutions encourage broad and equal access to voting for citizens regardless of their income, race, ethnicity, or geographic situation.
