Amazon's services include big data management, analytics, artificial intelligence, mobile development, messages and notification. The major markets that the company is serving include the U.S., Germany and the U.K. The services offered are based on cloud technology. The company utilizes AWS to put its website in the cloud to optimize the speed of using the website. The demand for the services is high, as evidenced by the strong revenues that the company has been able to generate from the AWS services. However, there are security concerns, e.g., the need to enhance fine-grained access for metadata and many other things. Some of the services offered are said not to have user-friendly interfaces. Again, the services are not present in some countries due to the lack of local portals. Some of the recommendations include the need to improve security or fine-grained access when it comes to metadata.
