PMHNP Practice Environment for nurses

The PMHNP practice environment has a few important characteristics. First, the nurse practitioner should have a private office or space within the facility to ensure patient confidentiality. Second, the office should be equipped with necessary supplies, including but not limited to pens, paper, and a computer. Third, the office should be free of distractions so that the nurse practitioner can focus on providing quality care to patients. Finally, the office should have a comfortable chair and table for the nurse practitioner to use while working with patients.
