Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPS) encounter numerous situations that call for their ability to make logical decisions and sound judgment for safety together with the well-being of individuals, families, and communities. Most of the cases that nurses come across do not have a clear-cut solution. Therefore, nurses have to apply their ethical decision-making capabilities to make the right decisions.
