Apple iPhone in China Strategic Plan

The mission of Apple Inc. to enter the Chinese market was to market iPhone handset products irrespective of the tough competition in the market. The main objective of Apple Inc in China is to tap market potential in the country because it is the largest mobile market in the world. The strategy of establishing operations in Chinese market was done by establishing a deal with China Unicom, which is the second largest handset seller in the country, to sell iPhone handsets in Chinese market.
